Our team is growing and we’re looking for dedicated individuals who are ready to take initiative and help us build our business by putting employees first.   SkyWest employees enjoy a distinctive and unmatched culture of teamwork, respect, quality and professionalism, along with world-class benefits like 401(k) match, Performance Rewards, health care, retirement and discounted travel worldwide.   As a Crew Administration Coordinator you will: - Monitor and coordinate schedule coverage for all pilot and flight attendant schedules for Leave of Absence.  - Initiate necessary calls for status checks on leaves with Chiefs as well as People Resources.  - Required Daily evaluation of all LOA tasks through LOA Workflow system.  - Report discrepancies on any LOAs to Manager or Director.  - Schedule all necessary pilot and flight attendant preassignments including: SAPA/SIA, general COBU, etc. Audit and adjust preassignments as necessary.  - Compile Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports as necessary. - Coordinate the return to line of all extended absences. Coordinate any necessary requalification or training events with the Training Department.  - Responsible for monitoring new hire hours allowing new First Officer’s to build hours after IOE.  - Responsible for tracking and monitoring the following: high minimum Captain hours; landing currency; pilot CKS; pairing restricted pilots.  - Cover schedules for all SAPA/SIA meetings, build and book travel and accommodations.  - Complete monthly reserve adjusted bid award.  - Cover and assist with InFlight Scheduling Coordinator duties as needed.  - Process SkedPlus manual queue requests.  - Assist the Crew Scheduling desk with overflow calls, OBR coverage or other duties as necessary.  - Process User and Vacation requests.  - Other duties as assigned.

The OCC System Controller is responsible for all coordination, cancellation, and reflow of SkyWest flights. Ensures optimum coverage of and adherence to the published flight schedule, in accordance with Company policies. Ensures maximum safety, economy, and utility of the operation.     Primary job duties of OCC System Controller include but are not limited to:   - Responsible for schedule integrity and daily operation of SkyWest Airlines flights to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and consideration of economic factors - Cancels and delays flights, reflows crews and aircraft as necessary to achieve a high level of efficiency, economics, and passenger convenience - Maintains a constant awareness of weather, air traffic control, and other factors impacting flights in their region of operation - Monitors the progress of each flight in their region of operation and ensures Out Off On In (OOOI) times are posted in a timely and accurate manner - Ensures correct cancellation codes are utilized - Delegates assigned duties as necessary. Utilizes CRM and DRM principles when interacting with dispatchers, flight crews, Crew Support, and Maintenance Control - Communicates with the appropriate dispatcher regarding changes that affect the release of any flight including tail swaps, crew changes, and aircraft maintenance status - Communicates with flight crew and station personnel regarding changes to aircraft assignment, crew reflows, aircraft maintenance, flight cancellations, and delays - Coordinates with the OCC CSC to address all issues related to international flights with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and local customs officials - Continually monitors and provides assistance to international diversions - Develops contingency and recovery plans during irregular operations - Any other duties as assigned by VP OCC, Manager System Control, OCC Shift Manager or Lead System Controller
