As a Crew Administration Coordinator you will: - Monitor and coordinate schedule coverage for all pilot and flight attendant schedules for Leave of Absence.  - Schedule and track new hire progress and provide support as necessary through the IOE (Initial Operating Experience) process. - Coordinate with Training Department for scheduling of all Continuing Qualification classes, Requal Training, Special Tracking, and Remedial Training. - Manage all classroom, instructor, and auditor schedules - Schedule Line Checks and conformity checks as necessary.  - Completion of Monthly Bid Adjustment

This position has the possibility to be remote based (would start on a trial basis) or located in Salt Lake City, UT; Saint George, UT; Denver, CO; or Fresno, CA;  moving and relocation costs will not be covered by the Company  Pay for this position is an annual salary of $35,000 to $37,000, based on experience. Final starting salary will be discussed with selected applicant.      Primary job duties - Manages and maintains reports for EtQ system (Irregular Operations Reports [IORs]), FAA Request for Information (RFI), FAA Voluntary Disclosure Reporting Program (VDRP), FAA regulations (121.575, 121.580), Automated External Defibrillator (AED), Emergency Medical Kit (EMK), and mainline partner requests - Maintains InFlight regulatory and departmental archives   Essential Job Functions 1) Irregular Operations Reporting (IOR) - Reads and analyzes complex daily report submissions from flight attendants for required content and identifies regulatory and/or policy deviations; requesting clarification, when necessary - Collaborates with InFlight and other departmental SMEs/leadership regarding IOR submissions to work on strategic solutions for identifying operational issues and improving others’ understanding of policies - Analyzes IOR data for trends and opportunities for improvement - Presents monthly data to leadership in safety meetings - Sends weekly InFlight IOR status report to InFlight leadership team - Submits requested IOR information to mainline partners and other departments, as needed - Conducts training for new IF EtQ users to align with department proficiency and operational objectives   2) Request for Information (RFI) - Receives and returns RFI reports - Schedules and facilitates FAA interviews with flight attendant(s) - Interfaces with InFlight Leadership and the Safety Department on RFI submission to FAA - Maintains InFlight RFI archive   3) Regulatory Reporting for 121.575 and 121.580 - Compiles, creates, and submits required 14 CFR Parts 121.575 and 121.580 reports to the FAA - Schedules and facilitates FAA interviews with flight attendant(s) - Maintains the required reporting 121.575 and 121.580 archive and database   4) Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and Emergency Medical Kit (EMK) - Receives and downloads the AED and EMK information and forward to appropriate personnel - Maintains AED and EMK archive   5) Voluntary Disclosure Reporting (VDR) - Receives information for potential VDRs and works with InFlight leadership on determining submission - Submits information, including written reports, into VDRP website and completes notification to the FAA within the regulatory timeframes - Compiles and submits VDRP comprehensive fixes - Assigns and forwards surveillance for VDRP closure - Attends VDRP meetings and calls   Other Duties - Coordinates with InFlight departments on received and submitted correspondence letters and maintains InFlight FAA correspondence archive - Attends required Company meetings, training, workshops, and seminars - Flies as a flight attendant every 120 days in the operation, when flight attendant qualification is held

Clean training devices and equipment and maintain training supplies for pilot and flight attendant events. Maintain and order supply inventory.   This is a part-time position requiring 15-20 hours weekly and cannot be held consecutively with another SkyWest Airlines or any other airline position.   Job Description   · Distribute training equipment and device supplies on a regular basis for training events · Clean training devices and equipment · Keep training devices and equipment area free or hazardous conditions · Maintain PPE and self-assessment cart supplies and inventory · Complete and report training device and equipment supply inventory · Receive training equipment and supply shipments · File and maintain supply and equipment shipment receipts · Complete and report training device and equipment supply inventory · File and maintain shipment receipts · Attend required Company meetings · Attend training, workshops and seminars pertinent to InFlight Training Device/Equipment Coordinator responsibilities · Other duties as assigned
