Primary Job Duties

Clean training devices and equipment and maintain training supplies for pilot and flight attendant events. Maintain and order supply inventory.


This is a part-time position requiring 15-20 hours weekly and cannot be held consecutively with another SkyWest Airlines or any other airline position.


Job Description


· Distribute training equipment and device supplies on a regular basis for training events

· Clean training devices and equipment

· Keep training devices and equipment area free or hazardous conditions

· Maintain PPE and self-assessment cart supplies and inventory

· Complete and report training device and equipment supply inventory

· Receive training equipment and supply shipments

· File and maintain supply and equipment shipment receipts

· Complete and report training device and equipment supply inventory

· File and maintain shipment receipts

· Attend required Company meetings

· Attend training, workshops and seminars pertinent to InFlight Training Device/Equipment

Coordinator responsibilities

· Other duties as assigned


Minimum Requirements

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, (includes Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams)

· Knowledge or ability to learn communication (Ring Central) system

· Ability to learn SkyWest Online intranet

· Skill in cleaning training equipment and devices

· Able to interact with all facets of people in a professional and personable manner

· Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality

· Maintain consistent reliability

· Ability to work independently under pressure meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision

· Excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail, and a self-starter

· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

· Able to adapt to constant change

· Handle stressful situations professionally

· Maintain a positive morale and work environment

· Adhere to the direction from the Director InFlight Standards/Services and/or the Senior Vice President InFlight Operations


Physical and Other Requirements

· Lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds

· Requires long periods of standing, kneeling, bending and lifting while working on training devices and equipment.

· Travel to cover scheduled vacations at the Salt Lake City Maintenance and Training facility

· Must wear a company compliant face mask/covering, as required
