Primary Job Duties

  • Oversee fuel procurement and applicable contracts
  • Manage relationships with fuel suppliers and Fixed Based Operator’s (FBO)
  • Ensure a quality fuel operation is setup for new markets
  • Assist as needed with the fuel cost accounting
  • Assist in the monthly revenue calculation for ground handling
  • Invoice and provide supporting documentation to ground handling partners
  • Calculation of rates for new markets and market renewals
  • Be familiar with fuel and ground handling contracts
  • Provide support for internal and external auditing
  • Assist with strategic analysis
  • Create efficiency in current and new processes

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance or working towards bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
  • Experience in financial analysis
  • Strong efficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively
  • Strong organizational skill

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
