Primary Job Duties

Recruitment Daily Duties

  • Must be able to learn and become proficient in the current SkyWest application management program (i.e. iCIMS) 
  • Review and update Flight Attendant, External, and Internal applicant(s) information on website as needed 
  • Assist with applicant questions and concerns regarding open positions 
  • Provide support to recruiters, recruitment supervisors and manager as needed 
  • Monitor and respond to InFlight Recruitment emails, voicemails, and phone calls 
  • Attend virtual and in person meetings, as needed 
  • Coordinate and participate in yearly Recruitment Recalibration Training 
  • Revise recruitment forms and training material as needed 
  • Maintain communication with all necessary departments throughout hiring process for all positions, including onboarding and Employment Center dates 
  • Process completed interview paperwork ensuring accuracy 


Open InFlight Positions

  • Send current information and obtain updated job description and requirements from hiring manager
  • Create application screening/assessment questions
  • Submit a new requisition through iCIMS with all relevant information and coordinate with People Department to post it online
  • Monitor application submissions and ensure correct status is assigned
  • Compile all applicants into a document to easily access information
  • Screen applications if needed
  • Set up and coordinate all interviews and contact applicants to arrange interview time and location
  • Arrange positive space travel with Travel Center when applicable
  • Record, document, and update interview results into iCIMS

New Hire Training

  • Track new hire flight attendants and maintain communication throughout hiring process
  • Maintain accurate class rosters including emailing all work groups within designated timelines
  • Ensure travel arrangements and hotel reservations are accurate via Onboarding
  • Be willing to help, assist, and communicate accurate information to New Hires in a timely manner

Hotel Support

  • Update and maintain hotel database as needed
  • Follow up with crewmembers on unpaid incidental charges
  • Process IORs and follow up with Travelliance when applicable
  • Assist with hotel feedback, when needed

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal  
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented  
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly 
  • Exceptional organizational skills 
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Perfect reliability 
  • Work well without direct supervision 
  • Willingness to learn new programs and processes 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Positive and approachable 
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks including answering frequent phone calls and emails
  • Familiar with Flight Attendant job duties and requirements 

Physical and Other Requirements

  • Will work in an office setting in front of a computer for extended periods of time with limited social interaction
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday full-time
