    Primary Job Duties

    This will be a part-time position with 24-30 hours per week. The schedule will mainly be Tuesdays-Thursdays, but some flexibility in days is required. 

    • Support the SIA organization and mission
    • Support the SIA Executive Council with daily administrative duties
    • Organize, book, & assist Board Members with travel arrangements (flights, ground transportation, meeting space & hotels)
    • Prepare and process correspondence for SIA
    • Maintain calendar and schedules for SIA related events
    • Prepare agendas and meeting minutes for SIA related events 
    • Other duties as assigned by SIA Executive Council
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Attention to detail 
    • Ability to multi-task & prioritize job duties
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work well without direct supervision
    • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
    • Self-motivated, problem solver
    • Strong oral and written skills
    • Skilled at recording meeting minutes 
    • Must be able to maintain confidentiality

    Minimum Requirements

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to type at least 50 WPM
    • Exceptional reliability
    • Must be flexible

    Physical and Other Requirements

    • Working knowledge of Company and Flight Attendant Policy Manuals
    • Willingness to travel as needed (Non-rev)
