    As a Flight Operations Training Administrative Assistant, you will be the daily point of contact for the training department management, Instructors, Pilots, New Hires and other domiciles and departments.

    • Support for Flight Training Management
    • Answer Phones
    • Filing
    • Pilot Uniforms
    • Maintain Classroom and Sim Publications
    • Assist online training coordinator
    • Mail / FedEx Distribution
    • Assist all students in training – all locations
    • Assist ERJ Training Coordinators
    • Other duties as assigned by Management

    Minimum Requirements

    • Must be at least 18 years old and a High School diploma or equivalency required
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Must have adequate typing (at least 30 wpm) and math skills
    • Must have excellent grammar and spelling skills
    • Must have administrative Writing Skills
    • Must possess excellent organizational skills, be a self-starter, and work well as part of a team
    • Must be able to handle multiple tasks under pressure
    • Must be highly motivated, organized, detail oriented, a quick learner and able to work with little supervision
    • Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills a must
    • Must be willing to travel, when needed
