In this position you will have the chance to define our financial operations as you are involved in the financials of every department. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills who loves to find ways to make improvements.     • Assist in preparing various company financial summaries
    • Review detail in specific expense accounts to locate opportunities for improvement
    • Prepare and review departmental financial analysis reports
    • Provide support in preparing monthly invoices to our partners
    • Be familiar with billing contracts
    • Provide audit support to partners and assist in monthly reconciliations
    • Assist with creating and analyzing budgets
    • Query reports from Oracle and other company databases
    • Assist in periodic DOT reporting
    • Provide support in creating and reporting operational statistics


    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or working towards bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
    • Experience in financial analysis
    • Experience with Oracle recommended
    • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively
    • Strong organizational skills


    Physical and Other Requirements

    • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
