Primary Job Duties

SkyWest Airlines is looking for a person with experience performing Data Entry. The candidate will have good office skills, must be able to communicate and work well with others in a team environment.

  • Prepares the screen setup and placement sheet in SkyTrack
  • Review records to determine if an ATA or Failure Code is to be assigned
  • Ensure all potential SDR’s found on ML’s are designated and placed in the central collection point
  • If applicable, ensure all records with MX Control numbers are placed on the correct Sabre record and aircraft
  • Ensuring no ML discrepancies have been entered on open DMI records
  • Track any open DMI’s until they are closed
  • Review MCI CAMP records
  • Review non-routine CAMP records
  • Monitor the Aircraft Spare Status Sheet
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • General understanding of aircraft systems and associated ATA codes
  • Must be able to interpret handwriting accurately
  • A working knowledge of SkyTrack, CAMP's, and ML MX Entry is a plus
  • Must have the ability to stay focused and pay attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Must be able to type 40-50 WPM and have 10 key skills
  • Good Verbal and written communication skills and work well with others

Physical and Other Requirements

  • Physical ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
  • Typing tests will be administered to verify speed and accuracy. Minimum of 40 wpm required
  • Looking for a team player who is self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Concern for detail and accuracy
  • Must be a quick learner who can learn codes and keywords
